It's common. Very common. Take off the pads, and reapply anti-sieze or use anti-squeal instead. The anti-sieze route just minimises the squeal and doesn't totally eliminate it.

Many mechs forget to apply anti-squeal compound between the caliper piston and pad, or they dont apply it properly.
You can buy some anti squeal compound from Auto shops (AutoOne, Supercheap etc..) and do it yourself.
Jack up the car corner and remove the wheel, undo the caliper bolt(s) and slide the caliper away, apply a generous amount of antisqueal compound to the circular area when the piston touches the pad. If the brake pad has a metal plate, apply some compound under that as well.
Basically you want to minimize any metal->metal contact that causes vibration (squealing) when braking.

From the factory, the Euro doesn't even have any anti-squeal! It relies totally on the 2 metal shims, which does stop brake moaning but does little against squealing.

I'd say use anti-sieze first ($8 from super cheap, white tube. Or $11 from Repco, Loctite brand). If it doesn't work, then go anti-squeal.

This problem is common amongst Hondas...nothing new... what i did with my car was apply some anti-squek from Autobarne and also avoid spraying your brakes directly when washing it...

^^ Never wash your car directly after driving it when the engine and brakes are hot.

Also make sure you don't get any anti squeal spray on the friction/contact surfaces of the brakes.

My brakes squeal after 55k kms. Changed to a set of new ones fixes the problem.
