MAP sensor is on the intake arm. Chances are its no plugged in. I forget to plug it back in sometimes when i remove my air intake for something.
Fuel supply system: Check to see if you can hear the pump priming. if not, check the main relay (search, its been covered shitloads). Could also be a lack of pressure in the fuel rail because your fuel filter needs to be changed. Hopefully its something this simple.
Ignition Output signal: I don't know enough about this system to help ya out but i'm sure someone like ECU-MAN should be able to throw some descent advice your way.

map sensor is on the throttle body not intake arm.

Yeah thats true. My mistake. OBD2 cars have an Intake Air Temp sensor on the arm.
Sorry.

do as mentioned above for the ecu reset
code 15 is due to either a bad or failing ICM ( igniter ) or power failure to the dizzy ( aftermarket alarm or someting )
you can only check power to the dizzy on the blk/yel wire and replace the ICM with a known good one if you constantly get code 15.
if after a reset you dont get code 15, dont worry about it
your more than likely getting 43 due to the map fault code, make sure its properly plugged in.
