Depending on car, about 3~5 hours at the most.

I would fit a full timing belt kit(including tensioner) but pricing really varies between engine type and vehicle.

Anywhere between $300 and $700 is reasonable pricing for a Honda

cost me about 700 for honda to do a 100,000km service which included a timing belt on a integra, it was in an out in the same day.
