Hi guys... i finish my turbo conversion

using S13 Turbocharger (from TOPFUEL and HKS)
it run at 8psi with max of 11psi
max power dyno (wheels) 137.5kw @8psi
Max Torque 203NM @ 3200 RPM

yes under the engine is enough room for the piping.. :) less pipe = less lagg

i just take out the engine cover.. for u guys can see whats going on.. but i put it back again.. tomoro i get more picture in detail so u guys know whats going on

is very2 compact.. so the picture 2moro will be hard to understand sorry in advance

Noodleman 27 = I use HKS F-CON Programmed for Honda Jazz/FIT L15A Turbo Vtec.. the Turbo start to kick in around 2500RPM

Amato2 = So far only cost 4000.. but i get it from japan.. i travel down there to bought it.. so 4000 + plane tickets :P

installation is depends to set up and application.. i use the best/Top of the range set up & application... so is very2 expensive for installation

i got the video of it..try to put it on you tube.. lol

the dyno sheet in the workshop.. coz.. this car havent perfect yet and the mechanics try to figure it out how to make it better power and stuff.. still require for fine tuned.. bcoz atm is running like crazy.. no handling(even though change the coilovers) , and more to be done ....because they(mechanics) try 2 run it at max boost (11psi) with out damaging the engine

ok..

here..
Turbo Kit = 4000 + (400+300) <-- tax+postage
Installation = $3500 + ect2 i forgot(like gasket, NGK iriway,ect2).. just said is $4000
Small parts = Boost controller ,harness,timer,ect2 $2000-2300

-----------
CUrrently mod from F-CON(given from topfuel/HKS) to HALTECH = $1600

i'm decided not 2 use F-CON because.. on HIGH boost 10-11psi.. it could blown the fuse.. for sumreason.. so i change to haltech

stock boost of the turbo is 0.6 bar

when i modified this car I prepare a $20.000 budget... incase anything wrong :)

I am very interested in 1/4 mile times..... as I am not sure how good traction will be for this tiny and light jazz FWD.. with 137 kw @ wheels..

umm.. actually @11psi.. it run 157kw @wheel..

petrol lil bit drinking 8.5l/100km..

insrurance is ok.. :)

GReY_CVC: acctually 157kw @wheel when using 11 psi.. using 8psi just want 2 besafe n cool with police

wait.. la bro.. my Computer/piggyback gimme problem.. hehe .. every time use high boost the fuse blown up.. still.. under investigation.. and i'm waiting to use better ecu/piggyback.. i've to find the one that supported honda jazz and its immobiliser

according to my calculation.. it will be finish next week.. there are 3 major parts i've to fix.. ECU/Piggyback, Wiring, Detuning of the turbo..

ok kool thanks man, well i had CVT on my jazz ..after turbo conversion n using it for a while it gav up, keeps shifting to the nxt gear as soon as vtec comes on..so now im converting it to a manual.

try to Plug the CVT fuse out.. and leave it for lke 15 min.. and try to put it again.. and drive using S mode +7speed cvt.. run it like red line all the time..

and it will cancel all learning CVT mode

well open the fusebox.. and look at the manual...

effect on engine ur car can redline when using s-mode 7 speed and it wont change/shift up or down automaticly unless u press up or down

hehehe.... i don't think so honda dealer can help me tuning to normal setting..since i'm runing on unichip piggyback :wave:

yup.. u can convert it to manual.. but remember.. u buy honda jazz is for CVT.. coz the JDM honda is CVT.. the manual only for export.. :)

i heard few indo guys jump-in custom turbo kit into 1.4 idsi with no problem at all.

And another story in malaysia, there is n/a setup 1.4 idsi eat 1.5 vtec (Stock) on straigth way.

OK guys... everythings for my car fix already... car running perfectly.. only problem is the "Check Engine Light" its always on/ i might have to took out the light from cluster soon.. the max boost i can run is 1.2 bar.. and produce 230HP at max boost.. i try to get hold of the dyno paper coz my mechanics took it from me..

i'm supprise the CVT can hold to that boost :) with no problem..
the only downside are :
1. the car is not stable when u do high speed cornering ( even using bigger rims)

2. because the turbo is near the firewall.. is become so hot .. so i need to change a bonnet (make a hole in bonnet)

3. and last one is u will be always hear all the rattle from the car body when start to use 0.45 bar... (its sound like ur car being stretch)

i try to put it on video soon.. i just need some one to vids me :P

that tapping sound is acctually is the injector.. why its make sound like that coz of the bigger injector i put 550 cc injector on each cylinder
