hey guys i was wondering if anyone out there has any idea which cam shafts on the market will give me the most power? oh and also while i'm on about power anyone know which valves and valve springs will give me the most power?
by the way this is for a b series motor

search around some aftermarket camshaft sites like crower, zex, toda, etc... they come in stages, the higher the stage, the more power, but more support parts for it...

valve springs are one of those parts that help support the cam...

Ya, a basic search here would give you results. But as turtle said look at the manufature sites too. The bigger the cam the more parts you need, and even then some of the HP/TQ numbers generated are on fully built or boosted motors.
