18's on EG civic failed..

hey guys im very new to this forum, i just recently purchased a 95 EG 3dr civic and got some 18" wheels but what i didnt know is that my car is a four stud. the wheels came off a 00 Prelude. would it be cheaper for me to sell em? or would it be worthy of getting "adapters"?
