hey guys.. in light of my recent scare with my wiring etc.
i have been thinkin of ways to fix my wiring etc.

one thing has popped into my head about installing a dedicated set of circuit breakers through all my headunit and self installed stuff......
ie
lcd screens
and soon to be other stuff.

the way i plan to do this is.... disconnecting the acc power from the headunit and connecting the circuit board to that (in order to gain the acc power... when the keys and in the ignition .....)

then from that wiring each seperate thing that needs power through the breakers...

I chose the breakers coz i feel it would be more effecient if somethin does go wrong then i kno wat the source is and work out the problem then switch it back and start again...

Just curoius wat u guys think...
I reckon it would be easy enough to mount maybe bedhind the glove box etc (dc4)

Stinger makes car breakers for this, a little expensive but really easy to use. Have you thought of just using a fuse block? Like the power in is the cars acc so it only has power when the car is on. It's what I do and have done for years in all our big audio cars.

I have mine in the back with all my audio stuff but there is plenty of room under the dash. Use the fuses the manuals call for. Fuse blocks are $10-$25 and the relays can be $35+ each.
