new toy to play with. wat 2 do?

i just purchased a civic coupe.

i wanna find out wat i can do to my car to get more power with little money while keepin it NA.

at the moment i'm in the process of making up a custom air intake. being a boilermaker with the access to stainless piping helps with the $$$$ side of things.

if theres anything u guys can suggest or if there are places that i can go to, to get upgrades etc. just let me know.

Seeing you have a coupe, its a sohc. Easiest way to get more power and go faster, drop in a B series motor or even K series if you're rich. But if you want to stick with the original motor, Do they basic intake, exhaust, and header for a start.

There not much power to be had from an NA 1.6L, well for cheap anyway.
guess all u can do it exhaust and free up the intake a little (though watch out, honda intakes have been proven to flow BETTER than some of the cheaper intakes.)

where is it possible ti get a b18 vtec for a reasonble price? ould it bolt straight in and wat other mods r needed to get the 18 to run efficiently?
