I think that was the year the DC2's came out? Anywho, I'm 99.999% sure your stud pattern is 4x100.

4x100 as integra wheels fit on civics! (excluding dc5)

AUSDM DC2 pattern is 4 x 100. (are JDM DC2's really 4 x 114.3? I thought only the '96 JDM DC2R was...)

For offset explaination, read this:

http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/tech/offset.htm
or search a little more. It's quite simple once you get your head around it! :)

If he has a JDM model, he wouldn't of called it a VTiR, instead a SiR :P

depending on what wheels you buy, there is normally a guide for that type of wheel + the stud pattern that fits as well as the offest..... they could be wrong sometimes tho :P
