Upgrade Speakers in Civic Sport 06 HELP NEEDED!!!

Hey

I have an 06 civic sport and i'm looking at replacing the stock speakers without making any modifications to the trims...just a simple replacement job, i'm thinking the 4 stock speakers are 6" but i need some help firstly:

(a) Does anyone know how to get the door trims off and the rear trims off without me causing any damage to the trims -> can you provide me with a link where i might be able to get some DIY manuals for this

(b) Also is there any suggestions on some good replacement speakers i can possibly put in that will sound good without needing to install an amp.

Please search the forums! Sorry I know this sounds a bit rude but I posted the link before but I can't remember where it was... it's an American site from memory- might've been 8thcivic.com forums.

And... I personally am using MB Quart speakers, but I don't think they'll work well without some amp.
