hey guys, im trying to figure out which part of my shift linkage bushing i need to replace, the stick moves from side to side heaps.
i got under there yesterday and found a bushing right under the stick that moves heaps
this one:

the one thats on top of the shift rod.
the one at the end of the rod(connecting to the box) hardly moves, will the one under the stick make alot of difference if i replaced it?
its all hard and dry, doesnt feel like rubber at all
