Hi guys, I'm considering moving away from turbo performance cars to something a little more practical that still has a little bit of zip in it.
I owned a 93 VTi-R integra a few years back and enjoyed that car so i'm thinking about buying another. What are the major differences (mechanical/body) wise between the DC2 year builds? Any ideas on what their going for these days also?
Thanks guys
P.S If anyone is interested in a 350rwhp R32 GTS-4, don't be shy to let me know :)

body wise, 98+ integras come with updated front & rear bumpers
as for price, i picked up my old VTi-R with 175000kms for $7800 at auction but usually your looking around 10-13000 depending on condition

260,000 and going strong here...
I've had a few gremlins over the years though (bought it with 60k km). Ignitor module, radiator top tank, aircon compressor, fuel pump, main relay... managed to pop a clutch spring one time too, but that was racing.
I had the head off about 2 months ago, and the bores are still beautiful, after cleaning out the blocked pcv it stopped using oil too...
Hard to go wrong with this car when you think about it :)

Here's a post I made way back:
'93-95 model (OBD1 ecu) vtir had drivers airbag only, "fat" 5 spoke wheels. I've driven a '94 & '95 and feel slightly less urgent in acceleration, IMO.
'96-97 (least common) had driver and passenger airbags, same interior (I think), multi-spoke design wheels, different colour range, OBD2 ECU change including deletion of inlet resonator on intake between airbox and throttle body. Definitely sharper response & slightly more urgent, again IMO.
'98 (Late '97) 0nwards had a facelift with restyled front & rear bumpers, headlights, tail lights (orange indicator now almost clear), new colours again, new upholstery pattern, cloth covered centre console, slight colour change to dash colour surrounding gauge cluster and A/C, new 6 spoke wheels, new muffler tip, new "VTi-R" decal on rear, and interior seat belt chimes etc are much quieter and bearable.
