where is it possible ti get a b18 vtec for a reasonble price? ould it bolt straight in and wat other mods r needed to get the 18 to run efficiently?

Im assuming u want it in a EK coupe?
for the motor, Speak to the guys at JDM Yard, im sure they could sort ya out...
for it to run, you will need a b18c Engine + Gearbox, ECU and wiring loom, Drive shafts.

if you have a B series motor, you can swap the motor's in
if oyu dont, then search. the topic has been covered many times before.

as for a "reasonable price", you might want to include what state you're from so we know where you're looking
