hi i just got a sport clutch and a light weight flywheel installed and now i have to relearn my driving techniques again.

shifting seem to be fine its just the red light take off that gets me sometimes.

anytips anyone? i know some of you memebers have this combo installed in their car so alil help would be great.

should i let it out slowly and add gas while i go

or what i used to do

rev alil then drop it till friction point, hold it there and once it catches on let go ? i tried this but feels like i need to rev alot higher now (almost 3k) to get a smooth take off?

i just got the clutch so i guess maybe after awhile should be better too?

thanks all!

how long have you had it? just like driving a new car you just have to get used to it.

you shouldnt really need to rev it much higher, u just gotta get used to the friction point
