is anyone runnig toda b with spoon head gask. on a b18c5 im trying to dial the cams in
whats the best way to dial them in ?

Use dial indicator & TDC guage.
Rotating in anti clockwise direction set low cam lift to 1mm @ TDC
Valve lash must be 0.2mm (Measured between valve & rocker)
This will give 102.5deg LCA datum point.
Mark your cam pulleys at this, as this is your new zero.
FWIW: Playing on the dyno will not be as acurate
Further, to finally arrive at the ideal position will cost more than setting it correctly.

No...
In any case, the valve lash set must be per cam manufacturer spec.
