Dizzy Swap???

Hey all,

any one know if a b18b or b18c dizzy will fit on a b16a?? in other words will it work even if they fit??

my mates got a problem... no spark. It was just idling then turned off then try to crank it over but just kept trying to roll over. Battery is new/full and has a full tank of fuel. Fuel pump turns on and alarm is working fine.

The problem is we want to make sure if its the dizzy then go out and get one??

my mates got a Delsol. I got a Dc2 and my other mate has a Dc4. 3 different motors =P

yep most probably dizzy, hopefully just the dizzy cap (cheap).
Same thing happened to my EG civic twice lol (dizzy cap first, then dizzy coil later on)

Buy a new Dizzy cap first and see if that fixes it. They are only like $40 new from a Honda Dealer's spare parts department.

as long as they are OBDI or OBDII they will fit

We didnt get a chance to do it tonight.

all I can say is we are contemplating taking a dizzy out of a

-95 AUDM b18b GSi or a 94 b18c VTiR and throwing it into a
-96 AUDM Delsol.

dont want it to screw up and blow the cap off any one else's dizzy =P
