got a 98 EK civic with D16 engine and want to swap it with a B18C Spec.R engine.
1. how easy/hard is this swap?
2. if i have the B18C, tranny and ECU, what other parts do I need (I want to keep the AC)
3. how easy is it to get a B18C5,tranny and ECU and where can I get them from?

I see school holidays have started again.........
Anyway........your a newcommer so I'll try to be nice.
1. Comparing it to other engine conversions dead easy.
2. Mounts, driveshafts, shift linkages, wiring done, fluids, and other assorted consumables to name a few.
3. Not hard to find...... but hard to find a good one. Try wreckers that specialise in Hondas or jap import spares, or even in the Ozhonda For Sale section and Traders
On a side note... top of the page in yellow writing is a search function. Vary your search using different key words, don't be a slacker and give up after putting in "engine conversion" and you did not get what you want. People will jump down your throat if you just blatantly refuse to do a little investigating for yourself.

There will always be times that you will find limited info in on these forums for whatever reason.
http://www.honda-tech.com/ - Another good resource if you are patient to wade through the usual BS (that is found on all forums ;) ). Make sure you click on the "Archives" as alot of what I'm sure you are after will be in the vaults gathering E-dust.
If you have specific things you are still not sure about post them up in this thread and I'm sure someone will help out.
