ok... I know that such an item as the START BUTTON is "a complete waste of time" and a "rice factor" but I still want to put one in... my questions are:

1. Would the S2K start button sit flush where the circular holes (dc2) are, next to the steering column (I think its where the jap-spec dc2's had its FOG lights?)

2. Would the wiring be difficult?

3. How would you go about disabling the ignition position on the ignition barrel? If it can be done at all...

4. Any pics of it being done? (S2K start buttons preferred, but wouldnt mind seeing others like PIVOT)

2. Wiring wouldnt be to difficult

3. you would sill need your keys, to turn the car into the "on" position, the start buton would only activate the starter motor

4. i think there one in the DIY

wiring shouldn't be hard, i've got a pivot one for sale.
alot easier that making your own harness etc.
