tell them to F@#CK themselves. ;)

cost is $45 to put new grooves in + removal and installation..

If you are using exisitng grooves its should be the same price as getting shocks removed and installed (approx 120 - 200)

Drive down to sydney and ill get it done for you for $150 ahah perfect job by me.. :)

Are you lowering it onto existing grooves? Or do you want new ones machined.

sounds to me like hes already got springs and only wants to lower the circlip.. i dont see why you would need to take out the suspension to do it ??
all i do it jack the car up and change it...

then again it would depend on how compressed your springs are..

DIY, but take them off to do it, pretty easy job, just time consuming.

i dont think you can use the lower cir clip slot because i think you have to have super low springs as they are longer. i tried this on my koni yellow and my low kings springs where not long enough. It might look ok if you do it and then put the car back on the ground but your springs will fall out of there seats when you hit a bump and your shock extends :thumbdwn: bad idea

i had koni yellows + super lows on my eg.

all on lowest perch/circlip groove. i machined an extra one in the rear, no problems at all. rode nice, i had low profile stops too

i took them off myself and got a local machine shop to do it and charged me like $20, took like 10minutes :)

either way, the best and most definitive advice in this thread is the first line in Blitz's post :)
