What is E-10 Unleaded?

E-10 Unleaded is a blend of 90% ordinary unleaded gasoline with 10% ethanol—a high-octane, clean-burning fuel made from corn and other grains. Every major car maker in the world approves the use of 10% ethanol blends (E-10 Unleaded) in their engines.
The ethanol in E-10 Unleaded adds two to three points of octane to gasoline—helping improve engine performance while keeping engine parts cleaner. E-10 Unleaded also helps reduce toxic exhaust emissions.

Ok, I want to give this fuel a go...
My main Question is, would this fuel be ideal for turbo'd cars?
What are your thoughts and opinions, fuel ecconomy wise as well as power? As well as comparison to Premium Unleaded fuels or higher.

Cheerio's

this has been covered a fair few times already.

ethanol is fine in the majority of the current honda range (you should see e-10 sticker on reverse of petrol door thingy)

it's generally not suitable on older vehicles, what car are you refering to mate?

If your car is tuned for it, there is some serious gains to be made. Ethanol has a lower calorific rating, so it does need to be run slightly richer with the same base ignition timing to make the same power as 98RON. However, with the higher RON rating, it means you can advance timing more and get better fuel economy and more power than 98RON.
