I have a 91 duel carb 3 door hatch want to sell for later model civic with vtec and the Vti body. is my current civic worth something or is it the shit on my shoe that gets me to work slowly and boringly...its auto. any help would be great! :)

i have one too mate... not worth much more then 2500 depending ofcourse on condition and amount of K's... if its good nik and lowish ks itll go for more, if damaged and has high k's around that price to less...

not much tho i couldn't factor in the new engine (same duel carb 1.5) that was put in has 100 000 km waranty...would that put the price up a bit?

yes it would, generally mods do increase the price of the car BUT only a fraction of what you actually payed for it. so if u spent 1000 on the car, you could now say my car is worth a $1000 more :p But IMO it would def be a major selling point.

biggest problem i've got is i want a manual and as i said the better looking body shape of the later civics but the prob is i cant drive a manual and i've got my Ps already!

why not do a conversion if you up for the hassels! looks can be changed ;D whack on a kit, or a lip

it wont take u more than a week driving around your block to learn!

The car is only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it. In your case, you bought the bottom of the line, worst performing, worst optioned of all the EGs. 2.5-3K if you are lucky. Be prepared to drop to 2K if it won't move (in terms of sales).
