HID bulb swapping.

is it safe to swap bulbs even tho the ballasts is of different brand?

also say swap from a 6000k H4 hi/low into a 8000k H4 low only ?

do i take out the alternator too im guessing? would i blow my bulb if i left it on and accidently switched onto hi-beam?

The hi beam has 3 wires and the low beam has 2 wires..

you wont blow your bulbs when u turn to hi beam because there isnt high beam to start with.
