Vtec cam profile [Archive]

Hey there. When I was looking up mods for an LS ages ago, I found "stage 2" and "stage 3" cams were available. Now that I have Vtec, I was just wondering how the Vtec cam profile compares to "stage 2" and "stage 3" cams.
