Hey dudes... Merry Christmas!!!!

um firstly was wondering if you guys can help me celebrate my xmas by helping me getting my car going again.

Was overseas for a month and got back to a dead battery. all charged now which is fine but my car has auto alarm arming.

Now neither of my remotes work so i'm guessing i have to get them to re-learn. Does anyone know the procedure for this particular alarm?

Thanks in advance.

First check the batteries in the remotes. Second is there a valet switch in the car somewhere? Third we need model details so we can get the right manual, some cross over and some are the same all around, we just want to make sure before we have you do something that wastes your time.

Hey mate... i think i just managed to figure it out playing with the valet switch. they did require relearning which is odd as my car batt had a minute amount of power left according to my diagnostics device.

However i just noticed in your sig that you have access to manuals? I was wondering if you had one for either BW10000 or BW9900?

It was installed by "Dodgy Bros r Us" and i was not left with proper instructions/manuals. Would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance :)

I found all the manuals for all the alarms but the 10k or 9900. I'll try to call and get them to fax or email it to me after the holidays. I don't deal with BW much, if any, as we sell Directed alarms, mostly the Clifford series. Maybe someone else here has those manuals for you.
