2003 CR-V HU install Q's

Hey all,

Is there a tech page for installing an aftermarket HU into a 2003 CR-V Sport with the double DIN stereo?

I'm able to do all wiring etc but am wondering if there is a tech page on how to get the factory HU out without damaging the car.

I got one of these off of them to do an install on a friends car --- cost $35.00 off hand.


PS these guys are great for advise and audio gear and if you could rate the info that would be greatly appreciated
