white smoke hitting vtec

was wondering why, when i hit vtec, white smoke comes out..
dont know if its actually white, but im told from people who drive behind me that its white...
only happens when i hit vtec

doesnt sound good, vtec cuts in at high revs eg engine is working harder, can you see it from your rear view mirror ?

nah i cant see it at all... i have a friends civic that does the same

i had it serviced at hannys for its 100,000km service.. he said the engine was in perfect condition as well, so it cant be any oils or anything

its hard to say, but I remember driving this Grannys Vtir integra, every time I got my hands on it was the only time it saw vtec,, and it did blow crap out the exhaust. wasnt oil

just keep your eye on your oil level an d if it doesnt drop youll be fine

white smoke comes out of my zorst but only in cold morning days

black smoke = fuel/running rich
blue smoke = oil in the cylinder

it aint smoke dude, its condensation (steam).

all honda cars should blow some smoke when hitting vtec. the car runs slightly rich at high rpm to protect the engine from leaning out.

First determine if the smoke is infact white first. I think theres nothing to worry about
