Radiator????

I am going to be replacing my radiator with a new one and was having a quick look at the job ahead, and I notice that in front of the radiator is what looks like a smaller type of radiator. Is these part actually part of the radiator unit or is it a different part all together??

The one in front of your radiator is part of your AC unit
