Spring Rates for EG

Hi, I'm looking at a set HSD Coil-overs, I'm either getting the HS or HR series ( http://www.otomoto.com.au/HDSystems/index.htm ). I was just wondering what spring rates would be ideal for me to have track ability but also maintain comfortable driving, I live on the NSW Central Coast and the roads aren't the best.

I haven't really got any idea when it comes to suspension.:confused:
