'03 CR-V tint Q's

Hey all,

We are taking delivery of an '03 CR-V Sport in metallic navy and first thing is to get the windows tinted.

The intention is to get 35% on the doors and 5% in the cargo area (legal in Tassie) but I'm keen to see if anybody else has done this.

The other option is to just get the whole car tinted to 35% but I like the first option better! :D

If anybody has pics of CR-V's in various shades of tint, especially metallic navy ones, please link them up for me!

P.S. Is it worth tinting the sunroof glass?

P.P.S. 5% tint all the way around is not an option as it's illegal (at least in Tassie it is).

Hell yeah!

Some times I just want to have a breeze from the sun roof but keep the car shaded.

Just booked in to get the CRV tinted next week.

35% on the doors and 20% in the cargo area.

Sunroof is already tinted.

Will post some before and after pics.

i even regret getting 25% on the doors, i can't imagine if it was 35%

hey alpine how much did it cost ya to do that? ive got same model.. just not a sports.. nd have been lookin to tint them though ive been kinda lazy lols

Didn't cost me anything. The dealer tinted my car by mistake when I bought it. I didn't ask them to tint it, so they admitted their error and copped the cost, so I got free window tinting!

Probably around the $300 mark I would imagine...
