what will i achieve

what gain would i get with extractors, full exhaust and a cold air intake for a single cam motor?
would i get more low end torque?
any other suggestions for power gain but keeping it a N/A engine.

That would be a complete I/H/E System :)

I don't know about Torque.

But, other sugestions:

Hone, adjustable cams (spoon avail. from traders on here).
compression rates, Rebuild -- rebuild with lighter, stronger parts.

If you want more power and money isnt a problem, do an engine swap.

youll get more response out of ur motor with those mods.

get urself a a good CAI like injen or AEM
extractors ud want to get 4 - 2 - 1 brand for low end
and im guessing u have a 1.6l? ud prolly wanna get 2 1/4 inch max piping..

ull def get some results with those..but ask me..is it worth it..ill say no
