I think most people will simply tell you that all they are good for is rice value...that is, they light up all pretty and don't really give you much of a gain if anything

If you have vtec go for the V-AFC II.

I still have to install my V-AFC II so I can't comment on results at this point.

What car is it for BTW?

like jus said.... basically just adjusts your air/fuel settings... you may be able to find a lil bit of power after having a i/h/e upgrade and tune
