ECU reset = no radio/cd player??

ey guys, i just reset my ecu and i have a 10 cd stack player in my ek, since its all been reset the player in the car is not recongnizing the external input (the stacker) i get no sound only static.. any ideas on how to solve it?

radio is working fine, just that the cd player aint been recongnized by the head dek as its an external source of audio so i get nothing but static noise =\
