Gen 4 / Gen 5 Exhaust Swap?

Hey guys

Recently obtained a Cat back exhaust for a Gen 4 95 Prelude VTIR, wondering if this will bolt up to all factory flanges and mounts on a Gen 5 97 VTIR?

I've got a feeling it won't be a direct fit, I had a genuine Mugen catback on my 98 vtir, and sold it to a guy with a gen4 vtir, he needed a couple of mounts changed to get it to fit, and after he fit it on it looked like it stuck out too far out the back of the car.

Pretty easy way to check though, just jack up your car and lie the exhaust under the car, see where the mounts go.
