Moving parts will seize- this includes brakes, steering, cams, pistons etc
electrics/wiring will corrode
animals/wasps/ants etc will nest in places they shouldnt
rubber pipes will deteriorate
outdoors- weather damage

starting to get the picture?

obviolsy the batterie would die and some corrosion would build up ..and ur seals like front seal, rear seal, cam seals would all be harden and start to leaak since they havent been lubricated by the engine, and so as the water pump and timing belt, so u would most likley get a full service and change all the belts and seals. and yes u should chagne ur oil ..

I hope you prop it up on wood, and not leave it on the concrete.

As for years of neglect.

Rust, seizing of moving parts.

Engine especially bad.
