??Car Bra/paint protection for 06/07 model??

I'm going on a trip to Melbs and i'm thinking of getting a Car Bra for my new car! I'm getting the civic Vti this week or next week. If i drive to melbourne, I don't want to scratch my baby. I've gotten a quote at autobahn for a custom made one for $420.00. :( It's a bit hefty considering that i won't be using it that often. Is there an alternative paint protector or can i get it cheaper somewhere else?

Just put 1inch of wax all over ur car. joking..
I have a scratch the size of a pen dot on my back bumper. I see it every time I put things into the boot. No one else notices it but once u know its there, it seems to magnify by 1000x. :D I dont know what Ill do when my car gets a real scratch. Youll get over it.

you ever tried some clear protection film ?? i saw some at autobarn for sale. think was 30 bux a roll. maybe you could get some stuck onto your front bumper ?

or just use sticky tape :) hehe 2 bux a roll
