The mounts for the engine is the same,
If your lookin to buy, buy a half cut, which includes all electrics and ecu (pretty much engine part of the car) theres a few threads around, even reading over eg thread would give you an idea about it

I am almost 100% certain that b series mounts are different to d series mounts.

Most of your questions have been answered in the past so run a few searches here and on Honda-tech and you should get your answers.

use the b18c ecu or buy an after market one...you stock civic mount will fit, no problems...

You don’t need new engine mounts for D series…the engine will fit

all "chassis" mounts can remiain the same. but you must change 2 "engine brackets. don't get the 2 confused.

http://img156.imageshack.us/img156/5131/engine3ej.jpg
Red = Brackets that have to be from an B-Series(EK4 or EM1)
Blue = Brackets from your D16y4 that can be retained and bolt up to any B Series.
Yellow = Spots where your stock chassis mounts are, all of these can be left alone as they dont change between motors, its the brackets that change to fit the mounts.

Worked this all out when i did my B16a4 conversion into my Ej8 Coupe

Hope that helps.

Ill deimobliser it for you for a cost of a 6 pack;)

Its also in the DIY

............................................

you will need minimal.

B series passenger engine mount..(and maybe the Tbone at rear mount.. but im not sure about that)
B series drive shafts
B series shift linkage
Bseries obd2a ecu (out of EK4; EM1 wont fit)
B series P/s, A/C
ideal to get b series EK radiator too (B/C its 1/2 size else you screw your A/C)..

evething else is a given.. like engine starter etc etc
