Hey guys,

I need to change my 2000 ek civic's timing belt pretty soon. Does anyone know how much Honda dealers charge for this? Is it worth it? Or shall i get it done from somewhere like ultratune?

Cheers,
Kazz.

too bad ur not in brisbane.. i coulda done it for a very very low price.. haha

but yea.. i work at honda. its probally not worth it as for the cost, but it will get done by the book, good and proper, using all the correct tools. (which in ur case, all that is used that is different is a crank pulley tool. haha.)

Hanny did it for me for $170, the whole service cost $290 for 100,000kms

I was there and watched them do everything (there isnt much else to do in that area)
