facelift never had VTi sedans. only GLi, CXi and VTiR coupe.
edit: some of the info in the sticky is incorrect.
98-00 GLi and Cxi all run the same D16Y4 sohc non vtec engines 88kw.
96-98 VTi run the sohc vtec engines 93kw (i'm 95% certain)
96-00 VTiR run the B16A dohc vtec engines (most powerful. 118 kw).

I always thought the same as SiReal, however, just saw this:
http://www.redbookasiapacific.com/au/vehicle/prices.php?key=HOND99RO
When you go to the pictures however it is a pre-facelift car (but that could just be a file photo)?

EK sedan Vti facelifted only comes in CVT.
All EK (Gli n Vti) sedans (except coupe EJ) comes with 88kw engine.
The difference is Vti is more economical because of VTEC.
