most shops use a press but you need the arm off (pain in the bum)
As said above its hard to justify form most here but its a good idea for workshops.
There are a few DIY ways of doing it , from cutting / mellting the old bushing out. Best to get the arm off yourself then take it to a place with a decent press

Ya I know a few people that have used it and have heard mixed opinions. I just get the torch out and burn it! I like fire! But ya a press works well too. It just depends on how fast you need it done and how much you have to spend.

I want the easiest way. That tool seems to make thing easier.
It says no need to take off the whole arm, which is what I want.
Or is it just marketing gimmicks?
Anyone has it?
