How wide do you intend on going trippy? Also may depend on drop etc.

for example if u got 15 x 6.5 wheels
35 is wider than 45 offset actually, and 35 will scratch the guard while 45 will not,so smaller number= the more the wheel come out of the guard.

yep.. already know that, as i'm running 35.. and can only lower it so much..

but everybody recommends 35-42.. not 45..

yes, depends on how much u lower your car.+45 can make u dump to the ground,if u use 195/50 tyres and running coilover and dump to 1 or no finger gap,u will still scratch the front due to the stupid black rubber cover and metal inside the guard if even u run excessive camber and + 42 in the front.

Might help abit:

You can figure it out relative to your stock rims if you have the details. For example if stock is 5" wide with +45 offset and you go to 6.5 +45 then you will have 19mm less inner clearance/19mm extra outer clearance.

oh ok.. thanks for that guys..

so say i used a +45 offset.. would i be able to use a camber kit on front and rears, and have them running on no camber.. while being tucked under the guards (and running fine) ?

Tucking them under the guards will also be determined by tyre profile, so I would say try before you buy if you can.

yeah, very true, sometimes u may need camber kit, sometime u don't.depends on lots of factor
