The servicing schedule differs from model to model, have a look in your Honda Manual

Here's my rough estimate (flush is a full fluid change, bleed is just to remove the fluid at the slave cylinder/caliper):
clutch fluid?
Flush when the fluid in the resevoir is brown/black/cloudy, when your clutch is not releasing completely when the pedal is fully pressed down (difficult to get out of gear when shifting). Also, bleed after every track day or 60,000km/3 years.
gearbox oil?
It's supposed to last long. On the street, the general interval is about 60,000km/3 years (but not compulsory). If your gearshift feels bad (notchy, grinding), then change it as a diagnostic step. Also change after track day.
brake fluid?
Full flush when the brake fluid in the resevoir goes brown/black/cloudy. Bleed after each track day. Regular interval is every 60,000km/3 years if on the street, but more dependent on the fluid condition in the resevoir.
radiator coolant?
When contaminated, or at 100,000km. Coolant density should be tested every year to detect contamination which will lower the heat capacity of the coolant.
