17's on 94 CRX

Hey, guys
I'm taking delivery of a 94 CRX next week but its only only got steelies on it and i was looking at getting some 17's (maby 16's) its pretty low and i'm a bit worried about the rubbing.

So has anyone with 17" rims on a crx had any problems with it? i was looking at getting 17x7's or 16x6.5 and also what offset whould i need?

dont worri, it wont rub. i had 17x7 with king spring super lows.

They should have come with alloy wheels shouldn't they?

even 17x7 with +35 offset won't rub..
as soon as you lower it.. negative camber will kick in, and it'll fit under the guard..

although i'd recommend an offset more towards 40, up to 42

not all the time.. original owners may have sold them, damaged them beyond repair etc..

Yeah the alloys where sold prior to to selling the car.

Anyone know if the RJR rims from Bob Jane Tmarts are any good?
Theres a wheel called RJR ACTION that whould look nice.
