I was thinking if I bought a thicker rear anti-sway bar does the stock bar fit other cars so I could sell it as an upgrade for someone else?

Unlikely - as all the mounting positions and dimensions of their sway bar would need to be the same.

No.It's basically worthless. But the thicker(18mm) rear bar is a worthwhile mod.Don't think about it just do it!!I did.

Euro sway bar could be fitted to thailand's accord/ Inspire version as their after market parts for sway bar is the same. But I don't think any one would buy the stock euro sway bar for their accord since it might already have the same spec of thickness from factory.

When you upgrade, keep the OEM bar, when you sell the car, put the OEM one back on and sell the aftermarket one, this is the best I can advise you if you want to make some beer money out of it at the expense of time loss installing and uninstalling it.....
