G'day Everyone,

For anyone that has missed a discussion in another thread (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=55786&page=13), Whiteline is looking for an EK Civic test car for R&D.

If anyone, ideally someone after a new rear swaybar, is able to bring their EK Civic to our Minto, Sydney workshop, we would like to hear from you. In return, we'll supply and fit a new swaybar. Please send an email (support@whiteline.com.au) with your car and contact details.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Regards,
Wojtek.
Whiteline Automotive.

Wotjek, I've sent you an email. I'll be more than happy to provide my car for you to perform some r&d on! I'll also be able to test the swaybar the next time I go to Mooney Mooney. :)

update....

We have found a suitable test car, so we'll be moving ahead on this promptly.
Thanks to everyone for their interest and assistance.

heist,
EG is slightly different to the EK, and we are not aware of any issues with EG, so thanks, but no, we don't need an EG.

Wojtek.

as you have found the current design is ok but is still not perfect as there have been cases of rear sub frame tear. if you guys make a new design up, will there be any trade in specials or anything like that considering anyone running a whiteline sway on their EK is running a risk at the moment??

Majority of instances of subframe tearout involved EG or DC's , so shouldnt this warrant a redesign too ?

ben.. i think all hondas have tear problems..
ED/EF, EG/DC EK's...
which model hasnt been a problem yet?

They all need more r&d in my opinion

i dont want to discuss more ~ it will be a viscous circle.

I think Whiteline needs more time in QUALITY CONTROL rather than R+D tho...we need the kits to last :)
