anyways here it is AND I DO want to apologise in advance for the shit sound cos i recorded it in the spur of the moment with my k750i phone... lol

I think it sound normal... Cant really compare, unless you record the before and after....

The actual sound in the car will be different.

A stock Euro is pretty quiet. :)

That definitely sounds different than stock Euro, as aaronng said the stock sounds much quieter. Anyway, that sounds awesome!

Why do you have to remove the passenger side front wheel? When I removed the stock filter in my Celica, no need for removing it. I might be wrong though, Euro may have different way how to remove it.

ok you probably had a short ram intake, which means your pod in the engine bay... what i have is a CAI, cold air intake... the pod is mounted just behind the front bar, effectively allowing more cold air to enter rather than being in the hot engine bay... so in order to access that area i had to take of the wheel and even remove the front bar!!

Would have been a bit easier if it werent for the fog light, i probably wouldnt have had to take off the front bar... just a plastic cover.

Nah, that doesn't make it sound better. I didn't like it and put part of the resonator back on.

there is no need to loosen or remove the bumper.

just remove the tire, loosen the wheel well plastic and you can get it like that. only pita is the front bolt that holds the resonator but you can get that one by just slipping your hand up behind the fog light, it´s tight but a little patience goes a long way. took me abour 45min - 1hour to install.

i've just installed one. The instructions came with the kit and it is also available on the K&N website. The instructions provided are quite clear and easy to follow.

Noise wise, i'm a little disappointed. I thought it was going to be louder. From idle to 3500rpm it sounds stock to me. You really need to rev it hard to hear it roar. Maybe im just a lil deaf :)

Which CAI is it? I remember seeing two types for the EURO. Also the link doesn't seem to work for me.

Thats how its suppose to be, and if u really wanted sound, u should of gone for an exhaust instead of intake.

i just installed the iNjen one on mine and just took off the front bar :) didn't have to touch the wheel
