dc2r back seat

[turbo convert]

hi guys i have just braught a dc2r, and upon cleaning i have noticed that the back seat is loose (the bottom part) if i try pull it up it gets as far nearly to come out but just gets caught how can i fix?

on my mums old lancer i bend the 2 front u shaped metal things really far up so it would lock in harder...

not sure if its the same on the integras though

yeh its those metal clips that slide up but it almost comes out it slides out that far is there another way to fix this rather than bending as i want to totally eliminate this problem
