Replacing Stock Seats

I went to remove my front seats and have come accross something I am unsure of... the stock seats and rails are held onto the chassis mounts with 'Pins'??? Does anyone know how to remove these pins ( there are no nuts or bolts )?? The chassis mounts are held on with bolts... do i have to take the whole lot out???

Will try and take some with my phone. I was just told by someone to remove the brackets that hold the rails to the chassis and should be able to unskrew the seat and rails from there. Im just scared that I wont be able to get the seat back in under the carpet. Know of an easy way to do that?
