if u want good induction id go the js racing intake..

with exhaust u could try the megan racing range that underground imports is now selling..

j's parts are a bit xpensive man, do u have any others in mind?would K&N or simota be ok?
i was also thinking maybe the XFORCE S10 Twinloop Stainless Steel Muffler would be a good 1, coz i heard a couple of sound clips n they didnt sound 2 bad, but they werent really loud enough, any 1 have ne ideas on that?

also, a couple of other people told me that a magnaflow exhaust would actually be really good, and also from some other forums i heard that Buddy Club Spec II Exhaust would also be good? but 1 thing, they dont have any exhausts specific for EH civics, would 1 that is compatible to the EG Gli civics also be ok for the EH, i checked redbook.com and the length of thecar is the same so i guess it should be ok no?

the buddy club spec II is a straight pipe and therefor illegal to run on the street (keep it to track, but im sure some people run it daily) the spec II is very, very loud. pm egSi and im sure he can help you find what you are after

is it worth the money? and will i get the nice loud sound i want?

or should i go the plainer product and get something like this?

the first exhaust doesnt seem too bad, being 2.25" piping will give you a nice deep and ending with the cannon will be loud enough to make you smile, to me if i was to choose i'd go with the first one, the second just doesnt look right to me (never a fan of twin tips)

Just get a custom 2 inch mandrill system..
and a 3inch intake with a pod..
Unless ur goin to go do internals in the motor not worth spending big bucks on bolt ons. they will only do so much on a stock d16y1

yeh i did prefer the first 1 2, obviously the first one would give me the louder / deeper sound that i am looking for, but it was a little expensive which is why i chose the 2nd 1, since i thought that maybe that could do the job but for half the price... what do you think? i no the second one wont be as good as the first one but it will be close enough.

first one: http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...e=Sport&id=220

second one: http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...ne=main&id=755

again i have never been a fan of twintips,

IMO go with the first choice, 2nd choice puts me off. even though a fart can on any car does as well. id still choose a fart can over a twintip anyday but thats just me

I got the second one on my civic. It's got a nice tone to it, but i'm also running a long resonator. Only bad thing i can say about it is, because the tips are angled upwards, all the sh!t coming out of the exhaust ends up on your bumper

if u want a cheap solution, just go to any exhaust shop and tell them what u want from ur exhaust...they can make it as per ur request...

i asked mine to be louder than stock but not too loud as in waking up the neighbours in the middle of the night...it works wonders, although now i need to change to a bigger resonator...

if u're in melb, pm me and i'll let u know of the exhaust place i went to, cheap and very good quality:thumbsup:

oh, cheers boyz, i ended up getting a 3A racing muffler from UGI.com, http://undergroundimports.com.au/shop/product_info.php?cPath=23_38&products_id=87 << that one to be exact.. fitted with 2.25" axleback piping, and its on its way soon, so when i put it on i'll let you guys no how it goes, its also paired up with a AEM Short Ram intake, so hopefully it all sounds good.. thanks for your help anyway.
