What do you mean by "burns"???
LED's don't blow, coz they aren't actually a globe, they are Light Emitting Diodes!
Lots of vehicles use LED's now for taillights and indicators! Like Trucks, Motorbikes (mine does), and a few newer cars, HSV's etc.
LED's don't last forever if thats what you mean...
Just like a normal bulb they will stop working one day; then you just replace them

There are a lot of cheap LED's available that are a bit dodgy and may blow anytime. The high brightness ones I bought from www.superbrightleds.com are good quality and none have blown yet after months of use.
I have LED brake lights and they are virtually the same brightness of the stock bulbs, again have a look at the website I mentioned.
leds only really burn if you run too much power through them. You can fix the problem by soildering resiters on them.

Just looked at the bulb watts, and the type of bulb they are (size, shape).
There is lots of type in the market ranges from 3 to 10 leds in 1 light.
