seat parts interchangable?

hey guys, my drivers seat has a tear and am looking for a new one to replace in good condition but not having much luck,
however have found a good passenger seat, wanting to know if i buy it am i able to change the cushon parts only so i can adapt the tilt mechanism to the right hand side of the seat ?

any thoughts?

if not, does anyone know what other honda model seats bolt straight into
a DA9? eg. (gen4 lude etc)
